About the designer
Andrew’s passion for design began long before formal study—it was a natural instinct. He hand-carved a series of lantern posts, decorating his balconies with warm, calming lighting, creating an atmosphere that felt almost magical. It was in those moments—seeing how furniture and lighting could transform a space—that he realised design wasn’t just about objects; it was about experiences.
His journey into product design became clear after leaving a job in furniture making. Though he enjoyed the craft, something was missing. He didn’t just want to build products—he wanted to design. The desire to create unique, boundary-pushing work led him to product design, where he could explore his fascination with form, light, and innovation.
As he continues his journey, Andrew is focused on pushing the boundaries of lighting and artistic design, merging technology, aesthetics, and craftsmanship to create experiences that go beyond the ordinary.
